About the project
Building inclusion through scholarships
Learn how the PLAR-U-PAGs project drives inclusive reforms in higher education and powers this scholarship portal.
Linking the portal with the project
This scholarship portal is made possible through the project PLAR-U-PAGs: Peer Learning Activities and Resources to Underpin the Principles and Guidelines for the Social Dimension across the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), co-funded by the Erasmus+ KA3 programe of the EU.
The project supports key reforms across the EHEA, with a focus on making higher education more inclusive. Creating this portal is a major element of the project, recognizing the crucial role scholarships play in helping students access and complete their studies.
By providing information on financial support through scholarships, the portal helps to build a more equitable and inclusive higher education systems in the EHEA.
Project’s objectives
The PLAR-U-PAGs project, running from June 2022 to May 2025, aims to support national authorities and higher education institutions across the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) in implementing the Principles and Guidelines to Strengthen the Social Dimension of Higher Education.
These principles focus on creating more inclusive higher education systems, with an emphasis on helping students with fewer opportunities overcome financial barriers that often hinder access, participation, and completion of their studies. Scholarships play a crucial role in breaking down these barriers, which is why funding is one of the principles addressed by the project.
