Seeking pioneering universities to shape future learning and mobility

The European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) is inviting higher education institutions—especially European Universities alliances—to pioneer the European Higher Education Interoperability Framework (HEIF). This initiative aims to enable seamless transfer of digital credentials, learning records, and qualifications across borders, facilitating mobility, shared programmes, and hybrid education.

Early adopters will test use cases (e.g., shared catalogues, credential sharing), integrate the framework, participate in biannual feedback exchanges, and help scale it Europe‑wide. Participants gain visibility as digital frontrunners, priority support from EDEH, opportunities to influence EU policy, and access to a peer community. Applications are open until 15 July 2025.
